Frequently asked questions.
Every project is fixed price, scoped before we start. We'll give you a clear number before any work begins, and if the scope or the cost doesn't work for you, there's no obligation. Reach out and we'll discuss what's realistic for your situation.
Most builds run 6–12 weeks from signed scope to handoff. A focused spreadsheet-to-application project typically lands at 6–8 weeks. A document workflow system with integrations runs 10–14 weeks. We commit to a timeline before work starts.
No. We build alongside what you have, not instead of it. We've integrated with NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and others. The goal is to fill gaps your existing systems don't cover, not to rip out what's working.
That's the most common situation we walk into. Discovery is built into every engagement for exactly this reason. We're good at drawing out the real process from the people who actually do the work, and clients often tell us the discovery phase was worth it independent of anything we built afterward.
We hear this in nearly every first conversation. The usual story: scope that grew without warning, a team that didn't understand the business, or software that was handed over and didn't work as described. Our fixed-scope model and free first call are direct responses to those failure modes. We'd rather earn your confidence through the work.
No, it's optional. Some clients take the handoff and manage things themselves. Others prefer having us available on a retained basis. We'll suggest what makes sense based on how complex the system is and how much your operation is likely to change. You're never pressured into a support agreement as a condition of the build.
